Lesson 1: "Triangle Arms"
This lesson is a very fundamental and joyful lesson that will leave your upper back, shoulders and neck very free and will teach you how to organise rotation in a new more efficient and easy way.

Lesson #2: "Hip and Pelvis Circles"
This is a very simple and gentle lesson that will completely free your hips, pelvis and lower back. It is a very easy lesson to remember, and I encourage you to do it regularly to keep your hips nice and slinky and to rid your lower back of pain.

Lesson #3: "Hugging Yourself"
This is a fun, delicious lesson all about rotation of the spine. If you do it slowly and gently, it will completely free your upper back, neck and shoulders, and you will also notice changes in your lower body too. Enjoy!

Lesson #4: "Head and Leg Circle on Side"
In this more dynamic Feldenkrais lesson, we explore how to use the entire spine in a more efficient, free, and powerful way. This is a wonderful lesson to completely free your neck and back. Just make sure to do it gently and take lots of rests.

Lesson #5: "Pelvic Clock"
Our final lesson in this Series is one of the most fundamental Feldenkrais lessons as it explores the movement of that most important part of our body: the pelvis. If you do this lesson really gently and small, you will see a huge change in how your hips, pelvis, and lower back move and will find that you can run, walk, and dance much more freely.
