HERE ARE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE TEN LESSONS YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED:
Lesson #1: "Frog Legs"
This delicious lesson is great to free up your hips and pelvis, and teaches you how to bend your knees in a safe and effortless way.
Lesson #2: "Soup Bowl Lesson: Taking Pelvis and Head Opposite Each Other" (12/10/10)
This lesson is a great one to free up the entire spine, and to understand more about how the use of our pelvis relates to our hips and back. We bet it will leave you feeling really slinky!
Lesson #3: "Rolling the Pelvis and Dropping the Hip"
This lovely gentle lesson builds on what we have already learned about the hips, pelvis and spine. If you go for a walk after doing this lesson, you may really notice a difference in the swing of your hips!
Lesson #4: Basic Flexion - Bringing Elbow and Knee Together
This is a really fundamental Feldenkrais lesson, exploring the important function of folding, and learning how to soften our chest and round our spine. This lesson will help you with many everyday activities that require bending and leaning over and reaching down. The more you do this lesson, the easier it will get. Make sure to do it really gently, so that you are not working your stomach muscles. Allow your ribs and chest to soften and let your spine round.
Lesson #5: Pushing Knee Forward to Tilt Head Back
This lesson is a fantastic one to re-organise your NECK. Do it very gently and small... and your neck and shoulders will feel as good as new afterwards!
Lesson #6: Lifting the Head
This is a truly fundamental lesson that will help you learn how to lift your head effortlessly and easily, using your entire spine. Do it often and you will see your neck and lower back problems melt away.
Lesson #7: Rolling up to Sitting - Part 1 (Knees Up Over Chest & Rolling to Side)
This week's lesson is the first half of a truly delicious sequence all about rolling from lying to sitting. It will teach you how to lift your knees safely over your chest and how to roll to the side with your whole body. This gentle languorous lesson is great for your lower back and shoulders as well as for all over "slinkification"! The more often you do it, the slinkier you will feel!
Lesson #8: Rolling up to Sitting - Part 2
This lesson is the second half of a truly delicious sequence all about rolling from lying to sitting. You will need to already have completed the first part , which we did in Lesson #7
This gentle roly-poly lesson is great for your lower back and shoulders as well as for over all "slinkification"! The more often you do it, the slinkier you will feel! It is one of my favourite lessons ever!

Lesson #10: Spine Like a Chain
This lesson is a great one to end on, as it's all about freeing up the entire spine for free and fluid movement. I'd encourage you to do the lesson more than once, as it's a very fundamental one. Enjoy!
