Lesson 1:   "Triangle Arms"  (5th & 8th April 2011)

Lesson #2: "Hip and Pelvis Circles" (12th & 15th April 2011)
This week's lesson is called "Hip and Pelvis Circles". It's a very simple and gentle lesson that will completely free your hips, pelvis and lower back. It is a very easy lesson to remember, and I encourage you to do it regularly to keep your hips nice and slinky and to rid your lower back of pain

Lesson #3: "Hugging Yourself"  (19th & 22nd April 2011)
This week's lesson "Hugging Yourself" is a fun, delicious lesson all about rotation of the spine. If you do it slowly and gently, it will completely free your upper back, neck and shoulders, and you will also notice changes in your lower body too. Enjoy!

Lesson #4: "Head and Leg Circle on Side"  (26th & 29th April 2011)
This week we did a very dynamic Feldenkrais lesson, exploring how to use the entire spine in a more efficient, free, and powerful way. This is a wonderful lesson to completely free your neck and back. Just make sure to do it gently and take lots of rests.

Lesson #5: "Pelvic Clock"  (3rd & 6th May 2011)
Our final lesson in this term of Total Body Freedom classes is called "Pelvic Clock". It is one of the most fundamental Feldenkrais lessons as it explores the movement of that most important part of our body: the pelvis. If you do this lesson really gently and small, you will see a huge change in how your hips, pelvis, and lower back move and will find that you can run, walk, and dance much more freely.
