Lesson #4: Basic Flexion - Bringing Elbow and Knee Together (26/10/10)
Today we did a really fundamental Feldenkrais lesson, exploring the important function of folding, and learning how to soften our chest and round our spine. This lesson will help you with many everyday activities that require bending and leaning over and reaching down. The more you do this lesson, the easier it will get. Make sure to do it really gently, so that you are not working your stomach muscles. Allow your ribs and chest to soften and let your spine round.
