One of the things I love MOST about my work is that my "students" are these AMAZING women from around the world who each have the most incredible knowledge and wisdom.
Each time I run a Tele-Course or a Coaching Session, I learn just as much as I teach!
This morning was an incredible example. I ran small advanced coaching groups for women who have completed my "Whole Woman Speaking" Tele-Course. One of the women, the beautiful and wise Estelle from New Zealand, shared a POWERFUL tool she uses in her life.
She continually asks herself in each moment the following question:
"What am I allowing to rule this moment?"
I thought this question was SO powerful, that I have already started to ask myself this:
"What am I allowing to rule this moment? My head or my heart? My wounded child or my adult self? My 'stuff' from my past or my clarity in the present? My human self or my higher self? Dark or Light?
Wow. It's already made a huge difference!
I'm going to keep asking myself this question continually throughout the next week. I'm curious to see how differently my life will unfold.... I may start to project an entirely different reality screen...
